Do you provide channels or an IPTV subscription?
No. Gecko IPTV is a player: you connect the subscription you bought from your own provider. We do not sell, host or supply any content.
What is an Xtream subscription?
It is the most common format among IPTV providers. Yours gives you a server address, a username and a password — sometimes as a single get.php URL. That is all the app needs.
What happens after the 15-day trial?
Live channels stay free. Movies and series require the Premium subscription at €9.90 a year.
Can I use Premium on several devices?
Premium is tied to one device at a time. You can move it to a new device; access is then removed from the previous one.
How do I cancel?
It depends where you subscribed: in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you bought inside the app, or from the Premium page if you paid on the web.
